Summary: DETAILS Ok heres whats up Everyone will have the chance to submit their best piece of original artwork or photograph that they have of Jeff This means it can be a simple drawing your child did on the computer an elaborate piece done on photoshop or a sweet picture you took at a game Jeff will be choosing the winner personally so everything is free game Please keep it at one entry per person Entry deadline is July 1st 2007 Any designs received after the 1st will not be elgible for the grand prize  Winner will be announced the first week of July on the website and will receive the signed hat along with having their design posted under the Photo Gallery section on the Home Page Please submit all entries in a jpeg gif photoshop or pdf file to Upon submitting please include your name age and mailing address The participant should be aware that competing for equivalent competitions with the same or a similar design could infringe the right of third parties The participant agrees to indemnify defend and hold harmless Jeff Samardzija com from any damages resulting from a claim of rights infringement by a third party The design shall not in any way infringe any third party s right including but not limited to copyright logos trademark trade names image rights or other proprietary rights of publicity or privacy Each participant is aware he may be a winner and therefore participants have to be 100 sure their designs are completely free of rights for any use by Jeff Samardzija com This means that the participant undertakes to obtain the consent for the use of designs by Jeff Samardzija com from all people involved Pretty much dont steal something off the net and pass it off as your own Good luck everyone and have fun The Jeff Samardzija com Team
