what are the most popular features in a hawaiian night club?

I am designing a night club for my interior design class it is in Hawaii: Location: Hawaii; beachfront Target Market: Locals, tourists 21-up Anticipating to visit: Culpeppers and the Coney Upscale Our Vision ~3 Floors ~ First Floor- Main Bar area &Dance Floor ~Second Floor- Lounge Area & Mini Bar/VIP room ( becoming a major trend ) ~Third Floor – Server area- appetizers& Lounge/live entertainment Tiki Lounge -on ground floor; off the beach- with beach access. With seating and built in circular table around fire pit. Staircase in center of building made of concrete and plexi-glass Elevator to meet ADA requirements Large Window extending up to all three floors adjacent to staircase looking out over the beach Modern Leather seating Materials: Steel, Glass. Upper level floors made of plexi-glass
