Keep studying Interior Design or get a regular job?

I just finished my first semester in Interior Design at parsons. I was always curious about this field and wanted to try it. I found it to be interesting but the short deadlines, long hours and demanding criticisms wore me down throughout he semester and now I feel like i do not want to go back for second semester. i already have a bachelors in business and not sure if i want to be in this environment for the next four years? Any insights?

  1. I am sure that you will get used to the lifestyle, because fashion and design are very fast pased working environments. If you don't feel that you can make deadlines for your clients, or if you think your schedule is to conflicting, then I would quit. But the schools deadlines and criticisms are for your own good, but the real question you should be asking yourself is. Do you want to be an interior designer, because if it is your passion, and you would work as hard as you could, then go for it, and if you don't have that extra drive, become something else!
