1. As new products are being invented and added to the construction workplace, the cost and methods used is growing in leaps and bounds. Talk to any older construction person about life before drywall and reconstruction projects used to take ages. Laying down plaster took forever so remodeling was a huge deal. With the adevent of drywall and other conveinences, home remodeling became much, much better and easier for the contractor to perform.
