- buy decor magazines and page through them, tear out the pages you like then combine the items to create your own look!
- hgtv.com diy.com best first to decide what style you like then go from there.
- Well, you can try to decorate it by using your own style. Decorate it anyway you like but remember too much is just too much...

- u can look in decor magazines and find things you like or you can check different furniture stores online and compare prices or you can just go look at places like the roomstore or something
- Put you favorite colors in your room. And whatever else you like in your room.
- Pick a color, era of interest and a couple of hobbies other then golf. This will get me started with a great design for your parents. There are many other questions that need to be answered to provide you with the best solution, but start there.
- Start off my going to furniture stores, and finding one piece of furniture for a particular room that you like (and want to fit a certain style). Then base the rest of the room around it (i.e. paint, wallpaper, art, carpet or hardwood floor, plants, mini water fountains). Just find what you like. Personally i prefer zen Asian looks. I'm actually redoing my bedroom to a cream, green, brown, blue room. With plants and a little water fountain. Hope i helped and gave you some ideas!
