Interior designer at 11?

I have a friend who's 11-years-old, and she has a passion for interior design. She's never worked on my room, but she has sent me pictures of her friends' rooms (she re-designed them). They look pretty impressive. Do you think it's possible to become an interior designer at the age of 11? I've heard of fashion designers, but never interior.
