I interested in working with my computer from home. Data Entry or start a business. Medical transcrip? Ideas?

I have a computer, copier, fax, telephone, no overhead but must work from a computer at home. Ideas? Like landscape design, animals, could do medical transcription-it's big from home. What about data entry for companies-How do I find them?
