Any Closets by Design Reviews?

I'm hoping to get some feedback about Closets by Design - maybe more specifically in the DFW area. I keep thinking about considering them for home office, but I can't stand when a company requires you to meet with a "consultant" just to get pricing. I don't want to waste time on a speech about something I don't think is budget-friendly. Anyone know anything about them? Whether they cost in the hundreds or if its thousands? I really do like the model offices they show.

1. My neighbor used them for her walk in closet remodel. They come out to measure and discusss the options you require, everything down to shelf configurations, finishes, open or closed storage, etc. That is why they have to come out because each project has different dimensions and requirements, with each option you choose affecting the price. They encountered a few problems along the way, but the company took care of them by adding extras at no additional cost. I thought the oddest thing was the installation started at like 6PM and when they weren't finished by 10PM they asked to come out the next day to complete the job and then showed up again at 6 PM. I'm not certain how the options they chose affected their price, but I thought $8,000 for what they had installed was a little pricey.
2. I happen to be a Closet by Design consultant in North Carolina. The reason we meet with you is so that we can measure and design your space. There are so many variables to what we can do that giving a price without meeting with you is very difficult. One suggestion that I can give though is if you can supply the consultant with a footprint of the space and some of your requirements he or she may be able to draw out a rough plan before meeting with giving you a ball park price. The models that we picture are only there to show you that we do offices. The product is completely custom so the sky is the limit as to what we can do. I do hope that you give them a chance.
