What "items" would you specify in a legal contract designed for hiring a nanny?

The person would have to take care of a newborn boy, a 2-year-old girl and a 4-year-old (when she's sick or doesn't have to go to school). This person would basically take over M - F from 9:30 - 3:30 while my husband works (he'll be in our home office).

  1. I have been a nanny for years and one of my jobs had a contract. It was for 1 year with allowance for either myself or the employer to give a 30 day notice if things were not working out. It specified how much the pay was, hours, overtime policies, paid holidays, non paid holidays, benefits-if any, mileage-if any, sick days, vacation days, also it had a section with my daily job duties, schedule, housework, expectations of me, etc.
