WHere to Buy Home Blueprints In NORTH CAROLINA?

I am looking to purchase home blueprints, would like to know where to find Pre drawn plans at a reasonable price as well as someone who can custom design plans for a good price.

2. Try this website for pre-drawn plans. Most house plans can be modified to meet any specific building codes required for your state. Or, you might want to contact them and see if any of the plans on the site are drawn by architects/designers in your area. http://www.thehouseplanshop.com/ I don't have any suggestions for an inexpensive custom designer, but I would recommend finding someone in your area so you can meet with them face to face to go over things rather than relying on phone calls and email. It is much easier to make your point or ideas clear in person. If you already have a builder in mind, check with them. They might be able to recommend someone that they've worked with in the past.
