Custom design Tattoo?

Hello, I planned to get a tattoo on my birthday.... Already I got my back,chest and right arm done.... This time its goin to be my left arm....half sleeve... I'd like you guys to suggest me some place(www) where I can get my custom design done.... Reason....my artist is not at home...he is on tour...he will be back exactly on my birthday(16th May)....so I planned to get the design done by someone.....

1. I'm not sure if many artists will just draw up a design for you to take to another artist.... Why not just wait until he's back and have him draw it up and then get tattooed after your birthday?
2. I'd think if you've worked with this artist for awhile you could still work with him on a design while he's on tour. No artist is going to drawl you up something to take to another artist to tattoo. Unless you want to go online to some of those websites where you can pay 20 some bucks to get a pattern.
