Where can I find free online software for making house plans?

We are purchasing a house that has already been started, but only the stud walls are up. I don't want to spend more money than needed and I have been told that there are free sites online to help. Thanks:)

1. try Google Sketch When your done, if your drawing your house you can add it to google earth, or you can just sketch up your dream home in 3D If your talking about blue prints, i doubt you find that for free online.
