1. Are you referring to a bungalow? You can go to the web and it will give you free plans on how to build a bungalow.
2. Are you kidding? You may find some overview, nothing further than that without a price. What's the use ? You are not building a doll house, even those are not free, unless you find one in a children's magazine. If you want to build and live in safe place, the least you can do is cough up a realistic price for it.
