do all verizon phone plans have free nights and weekends(including house phones)?

ifso, do they all start after 9? or some after 7?

3. actually they dont. you would have to buy a plan that contains that. I would know i have the company. But on a more correct note you should really go on verizon wireless .com.
4. All phone plans do not. Only the very basic or prepaid don't have it. Most regular plans do. Ask Verizon before you sign up for anything though.
