1. Dream Home Source has always been one of my favorites! They have many different options in the search criteria.
2. We found our house plans at The HousePlanShop and received great service. The home page offers a simple search where you can search plans by square footage, number of bedrooms or even the size of your lot. The home page also has a link for an advanced search where you can choose the type of foundation, garage and many other criteria. You might also try the links on the left side of the home page. There is one for affordable, small homes.
