What is a cool name for a BBQ/Smokehouse?

I need everyone's help on this one. To be located in a beach resort town on the east coast. Our ribs, chicken, brisket, pork will be slow cooked the old fashioned way. We plan to offer counter service in a very small old house, not upscale but outfitted with new equipment and a rustic remodel. We may serve beer and will definitely play some great blues music for our customers. Free smoked ribs for the winning name (if chosen from answers) Thanks all

In my city we have a "Smokey Bones" I think it's a great name!

I always ask my husband why do they always have smiling pigs in bbq restaurants.. why are they smiling? they're about to be dinner! but i always thought that Que and Stew or Que and Brew would be a great name for a bbq joint and then my personal favorite is the Smiling Pig BBQ! best of luck to you and Ym me, i'll let you know where to send the ribs!
