Having a house built....?

and want cool ideas or pics of cool ways to design it. We already have the floor plans...we just want ideas on how to do the kitch, fireplace or really anything inside the house... ideas we would never think of. Feel free to post links on cool things you've seen...and let us worry about price.

1. Just some advice: we built a house 8 years ago and we love it, BUT they were a few things that we should've done then. We ASSUMED we'd finish the attic later - hasn't happened. We ASSUMED we add shelves and organizers, etc in the garage and storage room - hasn't happened. We ASSUMED we'd build a window seat in front of the bay window - hasn't happened. Any way, if you think you want it, go for it! NOW!
