Like to Contruct bungalow please suggest sites?

I am planning to construction small house/ bungalow in my native in Satara, Maharashtra. I would consider aspects like energy efficient home, low cost. Please suggest some sites for floor plans, informations. Also suggest sites for Laurie Baker's work, designs.

1. Good choice. An architect would be your best bet. Go here http://www.giler.net/surveyors-engineers-architects/ They have a new forum and have an "actual" real architect answering questions from the general public. It's best to get advice from a practicing architect- I learned from experience (do not go to an interior designer, students in architecture, so called "designers" or "drafters") Good Luck
