NEED HELP renting a house,,, sombody HELP ME?

ok so me and my husband live in montgomery alabama he is 20 yrs old and i'am 19 yrs old as of september 3 of this year,,,, him and i have been staying in these luxury apartment on the east side of town we are paying 975 for a 2 bed/bath we have been ready to move out of state now,, also the apartment come with a double garage also.... we saw some house in georgia ,,,, and the houses out there u get your money worth. we found a couple of house we are planning on renting out the links are below this house is 5 bed room 6 bath but the morgage listing price is 678,000 http://www.unitedhomeraleigh.com/details... these homes are for 2500 a moth this houses is listed for 677,000 but if i rent 2500 a month http://atlantamls.listingware.com/search... is they work it to rent http://atlantamls.listingware.com/search... http://atlantamls.listingware.com/search... 12 minutes ago http://www.unitedhomerealty.com/details.... http://www.unitedhomerealty.com/details.... my question is this with these 6 to 5 bedroom homes is it worth renting for 25 to 2000 a moth then paying a morgage and have to spend at least 5 to 6 k a moth all because of your score is in the low 600's we need a big house for our 3 animals and my husband office plus a game and excerise room and guest to come for visit and 2 bedrooms isn't going to cut it . 3 seconds ago we could afford it we just need to know if houses like these are worth it,, for renting a year or two and then we might just upgrade to a mortgage cost is not a problem for us

1. Have you tried other Banks, there are some out there liek wellsfargo that you only need 5 somethng to get a house loan and there people out there that give you home loans for being a first time home buyer, also check with the hud programs and ask them for the informationm they have them for 1%
