Looking for investor for great business opportunity!?

I have all the plans for a Luxury Mobile Home Park, but I don't have capitol to start it. Once set up with 200 sites at $200.00 per month per site, we would net a profit of $40,000.00 per month, with almost no overhead. Tenent owns own house and cares for own site.
