Architectural Designs

Any software for Architectural Building Design?

  1. Yeah auto CAD, and many others. Studio max is fun its mainly for animation but can be used for anything that involves creative design
  2. Try these links.
  3. There is AutoCAD for the computer, but a new development is Revit. Revit is made by the same people who make AutoCAD, Autodesk. It allows the user to create three dimensional renderings of any type of building and still provide 2D plans that are similar to Blueprints. It is much easier to use than 3D studio max. I can tell you this from experience because I’m a High School Graduate who learned to use the software in an Architecture class. It can be learned fairly quickly and is used by more and more architects and is soon to replace AutoCAD. The only problem with any Autodesk software is that it requires licensing and that can be costly. Check out there website, "www.autodesk.com". It is very informative.
