How much to build a 3000 sq ft home?

this is a single story 3000 sq ft home on stilts on a wood foundation. the floor plan we found on eplans.com the house has 5 bedrooms 3.5 bath and the dementions are Width: 69 depth: 81. 3 car garage. just asume we say carpet everywhere with lanolium in kitchen and baths. we are looking to also add in the well and septic during construction. Please help!!! I live in Clovis California We already have 3 acres. No we havent bought any of the plans yet...... the plan we found is on www.eplans.com plan # HWEPL10902 although we want to build it on stilts! No permits have been pulled, we are just in our own planning stages. Thank you!

2. Around $90.00 to $150.00 a square foot depending on how you finish it.
3. First where are you? your region of the country plays a large factor into your costs, septic design, and other factors. Is the house to be built on your lot? Has it been perc tested? Are the plans approved by the town? Before you worry about the costs you have to answer these questions.
