What architectural software is used to create images like these?

1. Those really are stunning images. I was going to claim "fake virtuality" on one of the bedroom scenes until I noticed a pattern repeat on the thin wooden railings on the balcony. The mostly uncontested leader in commercial software capable of rendering scenes that well is Maya and it has held that title for a while. Most other software of that caliber is written and owned by the companies that use it (e,g, Industrial Light and Magic, Disney, etc.). While I can't say with certainty that Maya was used, it is by far the most likely candidate.
