Where would I find a place on the internet to build and design my dream home to be really built by the end?

of the year by a builder of my choice. A place where I can go on the internet pick layout, colors, roomstyles, landscaping the works and build and design in the comfort of my own home without any pressures from anyone for free or for little money.
