Possibilities With Solar Energies?

Imagine designing a new building. What new technologies and efficiencies should be included in making the building? Given that green tech can be expensive, how can you a ( a rich CEO of the company) afford to incorporate these changes in future planning?

1. Once people begin looking at the long term cost and benefits of each technology they will see the pay back the the pay out after. We must learn to ammoratize our lives.
2. Yeah a lot of this is already happening because when you look at a building like a skyscraper, its going to be there a long time. For example the Empire State Building is about 80 years old. Now think of a new skyscraper being built today. All the little bits of energy saved over a period of 80 to 100 years it is really a massive amount of money for a 100 story building.
