How much would it cost to build these houses?

1. I'd say around 5-9 million.
2. i would say by looks #1 7 million because land scaping and it depends on the square foot and #2 8-9 mill

Without the land and depending on what you put in such as wolf or sub zero as opposed to whirlpool, I would say the first one around 400,000 and the second one around 350,000 as long as you did it with clear cedar siding and not tried to make that into a log home which I don't think it was. Also consider the cost of a septic system if needed nd approvals etc and of course any problems in access or excavating. I need to add if your building in TX or Maine these would be pretty close estimates if your building near NYC or LA they would be low. Contractors get higher dollar per hour in NY and LA. and if you decide on a 10 dollar a SF granite as opposed to a sale one at HD for 3-4 these things will change your costs considerably throughout
4. This question has so many variables it can't be answered. What part of the country? What kind of materials, roof? What kind of interior materials Hardwood? Granite? Marble? Fireplaces? How many? Land size? Total sq. footage? You may as well start low at one million dollars....
