What college in Arizona would be best for Architectural Engineering or Design?

I am currently a junior attending high school in Chandler, Arizona. For college or university, i want my major to be in Architectural Engineering or Design. I have no idea what where i want to go. Any ideas? Sources would be nice. Thanks.
