how can i find the standard height of a picture frame to install onthe wall according to interior design rule?

1. I don't know that there is a "rule"...I always understood that you should install a picture at eye level. Of course, if you have a really tall person and a really short person in the same household, you could split the difference.
2. In design, there are no rules. Eyeball it. Place it where it 'feels' right when you look at it. You'll know it when you see it.
