What to do about a bad mother that is greedy with child support?
How can you go about bringing a woman to court that's sucking up child support but is not doing her job as MOMMY. She's receiving nice payments but yet the child is still in a lot of need, crying out saying that he doesn't receive anything not even $10.00 to put into his piggy bank for his favorite Music CD. His father pay child support to the mother and give him money in his pocket every week because she do not do ANYTHING but fix her hair and nails and date different men. To add icing on the cake, the child do not live with her, He lives with her grandmother, not her mother but her GRANDMOTHER that is 79 all because she wants NO responsibilities and want to be FREE as a bird. He had a fight at school today and she did not answer her phone when the school called but when we drove by her house the car was there but yet his father had to leave work early when this boy mother was at home to handle this. She do not work and haven't worked in 15 years and isn't planning on working, she enjoy hand outs. Her attitude is nasty. She forces her 79 year old grandmother to care for her son while she just run the streets looking for a RICH, HAPPY FAMILY-MARRIED man.

- The dad needs a lawyer and take custody of the child and make the loser MOM pay him child support.
- theres nothing you can do really. You could try to give the money directly to the child, depending on age, or to the grandmother since she really is the caregiver.
- The father should give the child support money to the 79 yr old grandmother or have the court do that.
- after the age of 12 the kid can decide who he wants to loive with, or take her to court and show proof that the kid has been living with the grandma.
- First of all, child support isn't provided so that kids can buy their favorite CD's and material items. It to pay for the living expenses, food, shelter, clothing of that child. That said, this mom needs to be stopped. I don't know your relation to the father of the child who is paying the support, but he needs to get in touch with an attorney about what's going on. If grandma is raising this child, then grandma should be receiving child support. Dad needs to find a lawyer and fight back for his son.
- My ex-wife is a lot like that. Very frustrating.
- Concerned, Report her to child support for violating their rules and they will put all the wrong right and the injured party will be happy and totally satisfied Simply shy
- Notify Child Support Enforcement that the grandmother has the child. They will switch to payments to her. Than, file for a custody change. I’m a Father’s Rights Advocate for 20 years. Many think the courts are rigged against dads, but in reality, it is more about attorneys unwilling or lacking the knowledge to truly fight for the father's rights. This is why it is important to learn how to interview and hire the right attorney. It is also important to do as much as possible on your own and not pay the attorney to do it. Start keeping a daily journal of all your activities. The most common way to prevent a father from getting his rights through the courts is a false allegation, usually sexual. Over 60% of divorcing father are accused of child sexual abuse, of which only 4% are found to have any relevance, but there are no penalties for doing so. A daily journal is your number one piece of evidence in court and you can even refer to it while on the stand. Gather evidence. Check the site below to see if it is illegal to record conversations without the other person knowing. If your state does not have a law either way, than it defaults to the federal ruling which says one person in a conversation must know they are being recorded. You’re that one person. In Missouri it is specifically legal, in Kansas there is no mention either way. If you live in two different states, and one has a law against it, than it applies when the call originates from within that state, Now, you can't just record, you also have to transcribe it into the daily journal. If you want to learn how to do all this go to Dads House in Yahoo Groups. There's an educational manual in the file section that can teach you what you need to know. The organization it came from is defunct due to attorneys that tried to take it over and make money from it. Take the time to learn what you can and should do. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/DadsHouse/ http://www.rcfp.org/taping/ http://www.glennsacks.com http://www.parentalalienation.org/
