How we can Design building with inclination?

hello i want to known what is the way to Design building with inclination?

1. from what i know, you do the same work as you would a non inclined building...just adjust as you go because if you want it to look leveled you will have to adjust hights of differnet parts....
2. tilting inwards? like the pyramid? not a problem, it's more stable than a straight sided building. tilting outwards, like the "drunken" building in Prague? That takes special counterbalancing techniques. Go study structural engineering for a few years and you will learn how to do that. .
3. The basic principle for stability of any structure is the proper location of its center of gravity. You can build anything at any inclination if you manage to lower your center of gravity enough as to maintain erected the structure. Think those children toys that doesn't matter how much tilt they are, will not fall, will recover to the vertical position, this occurs because their center of gravity is at the bottom. This is to answer your question, but I seriously recommend not to design an inclined building. All the trades Civil, Electrical Mec. Plumbing etc. will eternally hate your guts.
