Do you know of any grants or other funding for building a small house? ?

I plan to build a 20 by 20 sq. ft. home. I have read and heard monetary incentives in building with eco friendly alternatives and such.I am also looking for a blueprint within the dimensions listed above.I am certainly have the training to build a home but I need some ideas for its interior and structural design.

1. 1st. of all 20x20 is only 400 sf -- you need to check the building code book - refer to kitchens and baths as for size then consider what is left for liv. rm. / bed rm.-- you should be able to build it without any loans - your only looking at approx. 12,000.oo
