What is a decent home design program for PC?

I'm looking for something to design houses that includes interior work like wall color and flooring, as well as exterior design, but will be easy to use. Something that has doesn't have bad graphics but won't freeze my computer. I'd also like to stick to a fairly good price, preferably under $100.

1. home designer deluxe 7.0 allows you to do virtually any thing including grades, home design, decks, yard design, flooring, paint, kitchens, ect. this program is fairly easy to use yet has many display options from low to high resolution.
