Can I use these house plans to build a house in Puerto Rico?

I have been looking at house plans in www.dreamhomesource.com and was wondering if they can be used in Puerto Rico (since houses have different specifications from state to state). If so, what do I need to get? They offer different quantities.

1. You would have to contact the proper municipality where you want to build and go from there...and I would also discuss this with local builders..we have different specs and regulations here in Ontario..each municipality have there own by-laws to follow.
2. Hey those homes are very nice, but in Puerto Rico that house will probably be ripped apart by a hurricane. In PR, most people build cement homes, not wood & sheet rock. People who have wood homes in PR are usually poor people, if you spend all that money you want something nice that will last for years. You should contact some contractors in PR & talk to them about it. Goodluck
