Where can I get free plans for a Wind Turbine?

I'm looking for a web site where i can download free plans for building a wind turbine, and wiring diagrams of how it connects to the house.

4. If you went through a project of 'drawing up plans' for a wind turbine, you probably wouldn't just do it for free. For all plans on renewable sources, go to Mother Earth News, or Just Search; Mother Earth, Plans, Wind Turbine. They are very low cost perhaps there are free ones out there.
