What does 'design a quotation for setting up a home office' mean?

This is a project I have to complete this by friday.. It's for information software technology or computers.. Can you tell me what does that mean?

1. It means one of the following: A) You haven't been paying attention in class. B) You lost your professor's office phone number. C) Your professor speaks English as a second language, because that sentence doesn't make sense.
2. It means you need to prepare a document, as if someone hired you, to set up their home office. You need to define everything you're going to do for them, and even define what you're not going to do. For example, are you going to provide the office furniture? Are you going to establish their communications or are you expecting that they would already have that installed? Will you procure and set up the computer equipment? What about software? Lighting? Security features (not only for the equipment, but any physical security?) How about backup stuff - set up a service or expect them to do that themselves? Consider ergonomic features - is that a concern? There's a ton of stuff you can put in it. Then not sure, but do you also have to provide prices for those items?
