My cable unit and dvd player are built into a wall and stick out on the other side... Whats a clever way to hi?

I built a wall and made a opening and intserted my dvd player and cable box in the wall so it is flush with the wall. However, on the other side of the wall the box's stick out with the wires and all. I used to have a bed covering it but am now making that room into a home office.... Whats a clever way to hide it? I can make a simple box but there's no design to it.

1. make the box and cover it with fake books, an aquarium scene, or something like that
2. If your going to turn it into a home office, go ahead and build a decorative box around it. To hide the box build in a book case around it to draw attention away from the wasted space.
3. see if you can find a piece of furniture that can double as a cabinet ,storage unit and you can cut out the back and let the dvd and cable box go in to it. then you can open a door in the office and service the ub=nits if needed.
