How do I Get my HGTV Home Design Software to load on my computer?

I got the HGTV Home Design Software for my Microsoft Computer and it will not recognize it in the CD-ROM. Any Answers would work :)

1. cd not clean? word of the day uj - adjective - (pronounced huge without the h) extremely young, youthful, fun, and energetic spread the word!
2. Did you download it, or buy the CD? Both methods can cause problems. But, since you mentioned your CD ROM Drive, my guess is the CD is defective, or, your CD ROM drive may be flaky. Can you use other CD Install disks in it? If not, replace the drive.
