What is the impact of natural daylight on worker productivity?

I need to convince my executive committee that, while designing office space, putting executive offices along the window line and staff spaces along the darker, interior (core) space is not good for morale or productivity. Are there studies that support my position?

2. There are definitely studies that support your position. Check out Google for those. Sunlight has certain vitamins and chemicals in it that gives people good morale, which in turn, helps them to be more productive.
