Whats the difference between architecture and architectural design?
In like degrees? And also what Art School would you recommend in Minnesota, Colorado, or New York?

- there are two NCARB recognized degrees, Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) professional degree 5-years Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design (BS) non-professional degree 4-years. Some States will not allow a candidate to take the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE) without having a professional degree. Those with the BS non professional degrees must pursue a Masters in Architecture (MArch) 2-years to qualify. To find out NAAB accredited architectural programs, go to www.naab.org
