I want to setup my own home business for graphic design?

Hi, I want to setup my own home business for graphic design. I am 15, but my legal guardian is 48, who will be accepting the money, as well as paying for things and legally checking. I want to setup my own private small business, for designing websites, banners, etc..etc... I am getting my own website soon. I was wondering if you have any ideas on how I can get my items out there and to the public? Or how I can setup a business that will allow me to distribute my products and things.

1. Go to high school and take some business classes. 15 years is to early for starting a business.
2. my peer is 1/2 correct. Michael Jackson was a pro singer before age 15. Shirley Temple, the ex ambassador, was acting at age 8. YOU are smart to have an adult handle all the legal stuff since you cannot YET. visit the library and get books on MARKETING. i WILL TUTOR YOU. and start a biz plan. send a copy of it when you have the exec summary done
3. Here are some ways to get customers: 1 - Afilliate - Try to get affiliated with graphic related sites and forums. If you do not know what that means, it means you place a small graphic linking to another site, and that site does likewise (e.g. On the bottom of http://rodead.com). It gives you and the person you have affiliated more traffic and/or business. 2 - Spread the Word - Add a link to your site in the signature of the forums you actively post in. (if allowed) 3 - Google - Get google to index your site, which can cost money, or you can do it the easy way by posting a link to your site on a forum that IS indexed by google.
