  1. If I were you I would go to SBA.gov and look up how to write a business plan. Once you have a business plan you might consider having an attorney proof read it and give suggestions of what to add if it's lacking anything. Then you can submit your business plan to investors and business lenders who's names you can find on the web. You can also post ads on Craigslist.org to find a lender. As far as submitting plans to NASA I would look them up in the florida yellow pages and just keep making phone calls until you reach the right department. If you follow these steps I am almost positive you will find what you're looking for: Step 1 - Smile. You will think clearer, have a positive attitude and will get a better response out of the people you are about to call. Step 2 - Clearly define your purpose of calling before you pick up the phone. This way you will know what to say and you will know how to describe who you're looking for. Step 3 - Visualise your goal. Once you visualise your goal the steps to getting there will come much more naturally. Are you imagining hanging up the phone after saying this? "So I'll fax you a copy of my proposal and hear back from you on Monday? Sounds great! Please call me if you have any questions!" Step 4 - look through the phone book (or online database) to find your first phone number and start making phone calls. Matthew Lesko (the guy in the question mark suit) says "If you make at least 7 calls you will almost always find who you're looking for. I don't know what but the lucky number is usually always 7" Good luck with every thing and don't forget to dream big! P.S. If you have promissory note secured by a deed of trust that you created from financing a property you sold, you can get a free quote at CashDistributionNetwork.com
  2. To conduct business with NASA or any government agency you need to have a contract. The government has a lot of programs that helps you get certified and give you access to bids with the government. SBA, NASA and may be GSA have information on programs to certify your business or services. It is very hard to get a grant (better yet impossible). Most grants go to businesses that are conducting research, like hospitals and universities or to non-profits. Since your designs are green you may find something go to www.grants.gov. Investors are a little hard to find but they are out there. Go to the library on the business section they will have local newsletters and publications that may list investors in your area. Now write that business plan. Everyone, from investors to NASA will want to view it to see if what you say can be proven by research and realistic numbers and goals.
