Need builder for thermometer-shaped house?

I'm an architectural student and I want to impress Frank Geary with my revolutionary design. It's a thermometer-shaped house with one room that goes up in warm weather. You can only exit the house when the temperature is less than 60, except in an emergency there's a bass-jumping parachute. Under 18s must wearing a safety bungee whenever in the house. The garden is also on a pole for convenience. I need a builder who can construct my design for about $1,000 - any recommendations?
