i'm a computer science grad..i want to pursue career in software testing..can anyone guide me?? course syllabi

i heard about a indian govnmnt based institution which provides a 2 month course on s/w testing and quality assurance... can anyone tell me that the following course will be enough to become a s/w tester??one more thing ...i am not a fresher ..would that be a problem ?? the syllabi is as follows:- Syllabus: 1.
