Does anyone have any Landscape Design software suggestions?

Does anyone have any suggestions about a good, reasonably priced landscape design software? Some of the features I'm looking for are 3D or at least strong 2D imaging, the ability to import digital images, and the ability to 'age' a design to see it as it grows. Price is a consideration, but quality and function are important too. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
