Do you need an MA in interior design in order to work as a preoffessional interior designer?

I have a BA in architecture, with experience in interior design. The question is, would I need to qualify in order to become a professional interior designer? I live and work in the UK btw. Thanks in advance for all your tips and advice.

1. don't know about the UK but in the US once i completed my masters i took the exam in my state to obtain my PID license, i also hold a bachelors engineering degree but found interior design to be my calling and have owned and operated my own firm (very successful i may add)in NYC for 25+ yrs. now If that's where your heart is follow your dream!
