free download or online 3D home creation software?

i'm realling into designing houses and wants a good program that can allow me to do this properly without costing me money. please please give me any ideas you have it will be greatly appreciated also please tell me a bit about the software/website you suggest :). thank-you :)

1. having used many CAD programs (computer aided design) i can tell you that there arent any really good programs that you can use for free. but you can use sketchup from google. but it can get pretty annoying if you are use to working with software like vectorworks or auto cad. but you can download user created houses and other models of things. you should check it out
