Queen Anne Victorian!?

www.eplans.com/victorian-house-plans/queen-anne.hwx How much do you think it would cost to build this exact house from the ground up. Please don't just say "A lot" or childish things like that. This is my dream house and I honestly want to know. Even if it is just an estimate.

1. Hi - you have great taste in homes, and expensive. There are the painted lady series books - you can find them at used bookstores to give you resources and get an idea about decorating and paint. I wish I could give you a dollar amount, but it would depend on the size of the home - the Queen Ann period involved wrap around porches, gables, gingerbread trim and details inside and out. It is an an absolute Beautiful type of home. For a modest 1500 sq ft 1 story ( I grew up in one) you could be in the 300- 400 K range, depending on where your are living and the costs of building in your area.
