- for starters your gonna have to visit some furntiure stores and check out the 'rooms' they have set up. keep track of the ones the draw you in, as well as the ones that don't appeal to you. go to some of the dec sites such as hgtv, fine living, etc. for addtl ideas. there is no set way to decorate - its what appeals to you.
- If you are not good at interior design, then hire someone who is. They work with your budget for a fee. If you are not as you suggest this will be a problem. Having an eye for design is important to putting a home together. Otherwise you wind up buying wrong pieces of furniture and and accessories and constantly being disappointed. Anyone can go out and buy furniture and accessories but most aren't good at it. My suggestion is to get help otherwise you will spend money for things that will never work in your home and you will always be dissatisfied
- Well what I would say is, start small. How do the bathrooms look? Are they outdated? Do you like the wall colors, but feel something is missing? I just remodeled my bathroom and found SimplyPlumbing.com as my top source for my bathroom remodeling needs. They have a great selection of sinks, faucets, shower heads, towel rings and more! I highly recommend checking them out, I'm considering updating the hardware in my kitchen and I plan on using this site again! http://www.simplyplumbing.com/ http://search.simplyplumbing.com/results.php?page=1&catalog=yhst-58098396986444&query=bathroom+faucets&submit=&list= Hope this helps and enjoy your new home!
