How would i get my own designs of building on garry's mod online?

ok i was wondering how i would get my own designs onto garrys mod online that i downloaded i have the adv dupe but it wont like be get it online? How shall i do this? this works in single just not multi

1. Alright, once you save it on the adv dup, go into multiplayer and use the adv dup. Click on the Upload/Download Menu, choose the file, and choose "Upload". There! The server now has your file, and if you want, you can put it in the Public Folder of the server so others can use it!
