Help me with starting a "Green architectural design service" I could use advice from other similar persons?

Service fee's are probably the most of my uncertainties although all other's would be appreciated. Thank you all!

1. If you are an Architect, your fees would not change simply because you are specializing in Green design.
2. no man can stop me so go away from my mom and dad.
3. Pursue a LEED certification to show that you have some understanding of what it's all about, and use it in marketing. You are unlikely to get work from industry. Most will be institutional, governmental, with some commercial. you will not be able to charge much more for your services, and will either have to take on non'green" work or go hungry occasionally, until you can build up a solid reputation.
